✨ I’m Always Going to Be a Little Extra Because Life Is Too Short to Be Boring

Let me just say this now: I’m always going to be on some extra, next-level type of shit. 😂✨ And honestly? I have absolutely no plans to apologize for it.
I don't believe in simply saying “hello” to my friends and calling it a day. I want to engage with you. I want to make you smile. I want to give you something to look forward to. I want to make you laugh, think, explore, play, discover something new—or maybe just forget about whatever was stressing you out for a few minutes.
That’s just how I show up.
🎮 A Hello From Me Might Come With a Game
You might get a text from me that turns into a scavenger hunt.
You might click on something expecting a regular post and suddenly find yourself playing a game looking for a hidden prize. 👀🎁
You might have to solve a puzzle.
You might discover a surprise discount.
You might stumble across a giveaway.
Or maybe I'll create some ridiculous little challenge just because I thought it would be fun.
And yes, sometimes it probably seems like I’m doing the absolute most.
Because I am. 😂
But there’s a reason.
I love entertaining people.
Whether it's through fashion, travel, creativity, storytelling, games, performances, content, business ideas, or just the random thoughts that pop into my head, I have always enjoyed creating experiences instead of simply creating posts.
There is a difference.
A post says, “Here I am.”
An experience says, “Come play with me.”
And I much prefer the second one.
💕 Friendship Doesn't Have to Be Complicated
One thing I've realized as I've gotten older is that staying connected doesn't necessarily require a huge production.
Sometimes it costs nothing.
It can be a five-minute phone call.
A funny meme.
A ridiculous question of the day.
A shared laugh.
A random “I thought about you today.”
A walk.
A cup of coffee.
A game.
A little surprise.
Sometimes the most valuable thing you can give somebody is simply your time and attention.
And that's something I'm happy to give.
I don't need a fancy reason to reach out to people I care about.
I don't need a holiday.
I don't need a birthday.
I don't need an invitation.
Sometimes I just want to say, “Hey, come over here and have some fun with me for a minute.” 😂
🌱 Choosing Happiness Is a Practice
And maybe that's the bigger message behind all of this.
I'm very intentional about creating a life that feels different from the life I used to know.
Changing a lifestyle filled with constant sorrow, negativity, disappointment, or depression into one centered around happiness, growth, creativity, gratitude, and possibility takes work.
A LOT of work.
It takes intentionality.
It takes changing your environment.
It takes changing your habits.
It takes changing the conversations you have with yourself.
It takes learning how to find little moments of joy even when everything isn't perfect.
And sometimes it takes deciding:
“You know what? I'm going to have some fun today.”
Not because everything is perfect.
But because everything doesn't have to be perfect for you to experience joy.
😂 If I Can Make You Laugh, I'm Going To
Maybe I'll make you laugh.
Maybe I'll make you think.
Maybe I'll challenge you.
Maybe I'll teach you something.
Maybe I'll introduce you to a product, destination, business idea, recipe, fashion find, game, or experience you never knew existed.
Maybe I'll annoy you with another crazy idea. 🤣
But I want you engaged with life.
That's really what all of this is about for me.
I'm not interested in simply creating content that you scroll past.
I want to create things that make you stop and say:
“Wait…what is this?”
Then you click.
Then you play.
Then you laugh.
Then you discover something.
Maybe you win something.
Maybe you learn something.
Maybe you find inspiration.
And maybe, for five minutes, you forget about the things that were weighing on you.
That's a win for me.
🎁 The Prizes Are Fun, But They're Not the Point
Yes, I might throw a prize into the mix. 🎁
Yes, I might create a game where there's something waiting for the person who finds the hidden clue.
Yes, I might create a scavenger hunt just because I can.
But the prize isn't always the most important part.
The experience is.
Because life should have some surprises.
It should have some curiosity.
It should have some play.
It should have moments where you're not thinking about bills, deadlines, responsibilities, disappointments, relationships, work, or everything else happening in the world.
Sometimes you just need to play a damn game. 😂
And I'm perfectly happy to be the person who creates that little escape.
✨ This Is How I Love My People
So if you're wondering why I'm always creating something new, adding another layer, turning a simple post into an interactive experience, or finding another way to get my friends involved…
Now you know.
This is how I engage.
This is how I entertain.
This is how I create.
And, honestly, this is one of the ways I show love.
I don't believe friendship should only exist in the background of our lives.
I want the people I care about to participate in my world and I want to participate in theirs.
Because your time is valuable.
My time is valuable.
And when I choose to spend some of mine creating something specifically designed to make you smile, laugh, think, play, or discover something new, that's intentional.
So yes…
I'm going to keep being extra.
I'm going to keep creating the games.
I'm going to keep hiding the prizes.
I'm going to keep asking ridiculous questions.
I'm going to keep making you think.
I'm going to keep making you laugh.
I'm going to keep turning ordinary moments into experiences.
Why would I try to put you in a mental space you don’t want to be in? ❤️ My job is to help people, but my passion is helping the people I love grow and hopefully growing right alongside them.
I have this innate need to build a strong foundation around myself before I can extend outward. For the last 20 years, so much of what I’ve done has been about creating opportunities, supporting my family, and pouring into my friends. But the truth is, not everyone wants the guidance, the vision, or the journey I’m willing to take.
So when people ask me, “Why are you so distant?” I’m really not. I’m right here. I’m just learning that I can’t drag people toward a better life if they aren’t ready to walk that path with me.
I see possibilities. I see what we could build together. I see how a little encouragement, accountability, teamwork, and willingness to grow can change everything.
But you have to see it too.
I’m not trying to control anyone’s life. I’m simply offering my hand, my experience, my ideas, and my heart. If you want to walk with me, I’ll walk with you. If you need to find your own path, I’ll respect that too.
I’m building my circle with intention not because I don’t care about people, but because I care deeply about where we’re going. ✨❤️
Sometimes distance isn’t rejection. Sometimes it’s simply giving people the space to decide whether they want to meet you where you are.
Because I don't want to simply say hello to you.
I want to experience life with you. 💕✨
And if that means I have to create a scavenger hunt just to get your attention…
Baby, grab your clues. We're playing. 😂🔎🎁
