Hey y’all! If you’re anything like me, you spent all of Thanksgiving in the kitchen, putting your foot in it and making sure the spread was nothing short of *amazing*. From that golden-brown turkey and juicy ham to the collard greens that make you slap your mama, we all know the real magic happens when the leftovers start to shine.


So, what do you do with all that goodness after the big day? Don’t worry, I got you covered with this Thanksgiving leftovers meal plan. I’m talkin’ about transforming those delicious dishes into even more mouthwatering meals that’ll have you going back for seconds (and thirds). From collard greens to seafood stew, Mac and cheese to sweet potato pie, we’re about to take those leftovers to a whole new level, honey. So grab your Tupperware, because we’re about to turn these Thanksgiving leftovers into a week of pure comfort and soul food perfection. Let’s get into it!


Day 1:

Breakfast:

  • Turkey & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich: Toasted bread, turkey slices, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese.

  • Side: Fresh fruit or yogurt.

Lunch:

  • Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich: Sliced turkey, leftover stuffing, and cranberry sauce on your choice of roll.

  • Side: Collard greens or Mac and Cheese

Dinner:

  • Turkey & Ham Shepherd's Pie: Layer leftover mashed potatoes, turkey, ham, and veggies, then bake with a topping of mashed potatoes.

  • Side: Candied yams.


Day 2:

Breakfast:

  • Ham and Cheese Omelette with a side of leftover butter beans.

  • Toast or English muffin.

Lunch:

  • Ham & Collard Greens Wrap: Sliced ham, collard greens, and a bit of mac and cheese wrapped in a tortilla.

  • Side: Fruit salad.

Dinner:

  • Seafood Stew & Mashed Potatoes: Reheat the leftover seafood stew and serve it over a bed of mashed potatoes.

  • Side: Butter beans.


Day 3:

Breakfast:

  • Turkey Hash: Sauté leftover turkey with diced potatoes, onions, and bell peppers. Top with a fried egg.

  • Toast or biscuits.

Lunch:

  • Mac and Cheese & Ham Casserole: Mix leftover mac and cheese with chunks of ham, top with breadcrumbs, and bake.

  • Side: Collard greens.

Dinner:

  • Stuffing-Stuffed Turkey Breast: Roll turkey slices with leftover stuffing inside and bake. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.

  • Side: Candied yams.


Day 4:

Breakfast:

  • Leftover Seafood Stew Omelette: A savory omelette filled with leftover seafood stew and a sprinkle of cheese.

  • Toast or English muffin.

Lunch:

  • Turkey & Mac and Cheese Bake: Combine leftover turkey and mac and cheese, top with breadcrumbs, and bake until golden.

Day 5:

  • Side: Collard greens.


Day 6:

Breakfast:

  • Side: Butter beans.

Lunch:
